Water is the foundation of life in Idaho’s Wood River Valley — sustaining homes, recreation, and the natural beauty of the Big Wood River and its tributaries. Managing this limited resource responsibly is essential.
At Dry Lot, LLC, we provide a trusted way for Valley Club homeowners to obtain, manage, and protect additional irrigation water rights. Established in 2007 by original Valley Club residents, Dry Lot exists to serve property owners exclusively within The Valley Club’s Planned Unit Development (PUD). All Dry Lot water shares are tied to Valley Club lots and may only be used within the community.
Who We Are...
Dry Lot, LLC was founded by members of The Valley Club to ensure fair, reliable, and sustainable access to water for the community. Governed by Idaho’s “first in time, first in right” water law, our shares are managed to meet the needs of Valley Club property owners while protecting the valley’s ecosystems.
We work in close partnership with both the Valley Club Homeowners Association and the Valley Club Golf Course to ensure that water resources are managed efficiently and sustainably across the community.
Our Services Include:

Water rights held by Dry Lot are allocated annually to its members residing or owning lots in The Valley Club

Support with transfers, records, and compliance within the PUD

Collaboration with HOA and golf course leadership for coordinated water use

Sustainable practices that safeguard our shared resources through infiltration in conjunction with The Valley Club Golf Course
